| Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. We do not ship to Russia, Niger, Nigeria due to complications in the past with our shipping carrier. |

| What are my payment choices? | |
| During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Currently you will see that PayPal is handling all of our credit card processing. It is easy to use. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
Shipping costs are automatically calculated before you enter your payment information. To see this, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout, where you will find the available shipping methods and their prices. The amount displayed is a base charge for international shipping. If the actual shipping cost to your country exceeds this amount, you will receive an email requesting the additional shipping balance. Please note that this rate covers shipping only. Additionally, duties and taxes are determined and collected by your country and are not included in your order total. You will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes required for importing merchandise into your country. |
