Shipping and Returns
Please select one of the following when ordering. All orders ship "Signature Required, Photo I.D. Restricted Delivery." Bill to/Ship to address must match or the order will be cancelled.
 
  • USPS (United States Postal Service within the U.S. and its territories. Ships "Priority Insured and Direct Signature Required/ Photo I.D. at delivery." Please track your package so you do not miss it. If it comes back to us, you will be asked to cover the shipping to ship back to you.
  • (Canada) FedEx International Ground "Direct Signature requires Photo I.D. at delivery." Please track your package so you do not miss it. If it comes back to us, you will be asked to cover the shipping to ship back to you. Duties and Taxes May Apply).
  • FedEx Ground -U. S. and it's territories. "Direct Signature Required/Photo I.D. at delivery." Please track your package so you do not miss it. If it comes back to us, you will be asked to cover the shipping to ship back to you.
  • FedEx International Economy (Outside U.S. Territories. Duties/Taxes May Apply) Insured and Direct Signature Required/ Photo I.D. at delivery time. Please track your package so you do not miss it. If it comes back to us, and you need to have it shipped back out to you, you will be asked to cover the shipping again.

Please note, Traction Concepts shipping policies and restrictions are constantly changing to keep up with our processors and couriers. We do not ship to freight/mail forwarding third party exporting businesses.


  • Shipping Responsibility and Delay Policy

    Once your order leaves Traction Concepts' facility, it is in the hands of the courier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors such as weather, natural disasters, or localized disruptions in your area.

    If your order is delayed and you wish to cancel, we must follow the courier's claims process, which can only be initiated after the 30-day waiting period required by the shipping provider. Premature claims cannot be filed, as couriers may delay deliveries for safety reasons during adverse conditions.


  • Refund Policy for Lost or Undelivered Packages

    Full refunds will not be issued for packages that are undelivered or considered lost. Refund eligibility is subject to the courier’s claim process and resolution.


How do I return an item?
 

Returns Policy: Please email Customer Service for questions or assistance with returning an item. Keep in mind that one or more of the items listed below may not qualify for return.  

ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE THE BUYER'S SIGNATURE.  IF YOU SIGN FOR THE 2LB. 6x6x6 CUBE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PACKAGE,  AND UNDERSTAND YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING A WHOLE DIFFERENTIAL OR TRANSMISSION THAT WEIGHS OVER 50LBS.  TRACTION CONCEPTS MANUFACTURES CUSTOM LIMITED SLIP CONVERSIONS DESIGNED FOR OEM OPEN DIFFERENTIALS. IT IS THE SKILL AND JUDGEMENT OF THE BUYER AND INSTALLER TO INSTALL TRACTION CONCEPTS LSD CONVERSIONS,  AFTERMARKET PERFORMANCE TRACTION AUTO PARTS.

Product Inspection and Quality Control:

  • Traction Concepts LSD Conversions are custom products that may require additional gear prep, even with the correct kit. Some installs may not be plug-and-play. If you’re unsure, contact us for guidance.
  • Each product is carefully hand-packaged. If you suspect you’ve received the wrong part, please reach out immediately.
  • Customers must verify their differential model and specifications before placing an order to avoid mismatches.

Return Guidelines

  1. Non-Returnable Products:

    • Custom LSD Conversions are not eligible for return or refund unless approved by our team.
    • International orders are final and non-returnable.
  2. Exceptions for Exchanges:

    • An RMA# may be issued if proof shows the incorrect differential was ordered due to the rare possibility of a factory differential swap.
    • Clear communication with our team ensures an exchange can be processed efficiently.
  3. Conditions for Return:

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
    • Products must remain sealed, unused, and in original condition. Opened or tampered items will not be accepted.
    • If approved, a 35% restocking fee will still apply for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, changed mind, or accidental orders if the product has shipped.
  4. Additional Terms:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • Orders purchased with discount or affiliate codes are final and not eligible for return.
    • PayPal fees are non-refundable per PayPal’s policy update on 8/21/2023.
    • If you ship the product back and it's lost or undelivered, you will need to contact the shipping service you used.  That will be between you and the courier.
  5. RMA Process:

    • Contact us to receive your RMA# and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
    • Any return with broken seals, opened packaging, or damage will be refused.
    • All products must be new, unused, and in original packaging for returns to be processed.

By completing a purchase and or requesting an RMA# with Traction Concepts, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


All Traction Concepts products, including Limited Slip Differential (LSD) Conversion Kits, are custom aftermarket performance parts. Their installation and use require the purchaser’s expertise and judgment. For optimal performance, ensure you have the correct part and fitment, and have your LSD kit installed by a skilled technician experienced with transmission systems.

Please note that installing aftermarket parts may void your vehicle’s warranty.  Be sure to fully understand the installation process before proceeding.
